Change of program
If you would like to change your program or declare a concentration, you must complete the Change of Program/Declaration of Concentration form. Once this form is completed, you must meet with the Academic Advisor of the program you wish to change into or the advisor of which your declaration falls under. Once the form is signed by the advisor, the change of program request form is processed by the registrar's office. Once the change of program is approved, you will receive an email from the registrar's office confirming the change. The program declaration will appear on your viewable academic transcript under student records within your MyCampus account.
