Re-admission to UOIT following academic suspension, dismissal, or time away
If you have been out of school for two semesters or more and wish to return, you must complete an Application for Re-Admission. The completed form must be submitted to your faculty advisor within the deadline dates as outlined on the form. The Registrar’s office will email you once a decision has been made.
