  • 10 to 11 a.m., Science Building, Room 2240
  • 11 a.m. to noon, Science Building, Room 2120

Downtown Oshawa location:

  • 1 to 2 p.m., 61 Charles Street Building, Room 219
  • 2 to 3 p.m., 61 Charles Street Building, Room 219
  • 3  to 4 p.m., 61 Charles Street Building, Room 219

As well, a confidential online survey is available to all stakeholders for those unable to attend these sessions or wishing to participate in an alternate format.
