The Information and Client Services (ICS) department in the Registrar’s office provides centralized service to enhance the journey of its clients. There have been some changes in how it provides service by phone and email: ICS has  move to a single phone line and email address, which will provide service for the following:

  • admissions
  • convocation
  • financial aid
  • registration
  • student accounts
  • student awards
  • University Works

ICS aims to stay connected with the campus community and continue to build on its current successes to enhance the client journey.
