Official transcript of academic record

Your official transcript is a complete record of all academic information completed at UOIT. All courses taken each semester at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) are included on the official transcript. Specific semesters cannot be requested.

How to request a transcript

If you are applying to another Ontario university, you must order your transcript online through the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC). All other transcript requests can be made online through your MyCampus account. After logging in, select the Request printed official transcript tab under Student Records to begin the request process.

The official transcript can be mailed to any address you request, or you can pick it up. A valid UOIT student card or government-issued photo ID must be presented when you pick up your transcript.

Official transcripts cost $12 each and must be paid at time of order. Transcripts will not be printed if you have holds on your account (e.g. outstanding university fees).

Processing time

Transcript requests typically take three to seven business days to process. Peak times may result in longer processing times.

Can I have someone pick up a transcript for me?

You may have someone pick up your transcript for you, as long as you provide UOIT with proof that the person is authorized to pick it up.

Please bring your completed Request for Official Transcript of Academic Record Form to the Registrar’s office in person, with valid identification, and submit a written request for someone else to pick it up. The person identified to pick up your transcript must also provide their own ID when picking up the transcript. It is not acceptable for someone other than you to submit a written request for pickup by an alternative individual, as we cannot verify you wrote the request.
